Buying crypto on a centralized exchange usually follows the same pattern: create an account, complete verification if required, deposit funds or crypto, then trade on spot or swap.
On Plume, start from Dashboard → Deposit. Pick the coin and network that match your external wallet (for example USDT on TRON or BTC on Bitcoin). Copy your personal deposit address only after confirming the network — sending on the wrong chain can mean lost funds.
After the transfer confirms on-chain, refresh deposits or open Dashboard again. Your balance updates when our scanners credit the transaction.
To buy with crypto you already hold, open Trade → Spot, select a pair such as BTC/USDT, enter size, and review fees before confirming. Swap is useful when you want a simple conversion between two wallet assets.
Never share seed phrases or passwords. Plume staff will never ask for your mnemonic or 2FA codes.
